Recipe: Hot Crab Sandwich
1 pound | Crabmeat |
1/2 head | Iceberg lettuce, shredded |
1 bunch | Scallions, chopped |
1 tsp | Seasoning salt |
Mayonnaise to moisten (approximately 3/4 cup) | |
2 tsp | Lemon juice |
8 slices | Toasted bread |
8 thin slices | Mozzarella cheese |
8 slices | Fresh tomato |
Cooking instructions:
Mix first six ingredients.
Place sliced tomato on toasted bread, divide crabmeat mixture between pieces, and top with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes or until cheese is well melted. Makes 8 servings.
