VENISON MEATBALLS

Recipe:

Amount Ingredient
1 LB. Ground Venison
4 OZ. Fine, Dry Breadcrumbs
1 Egg Slightly Beaten
1/2 TSP. Salt

1/8

TSP.

Pepper
1 TSP. Dried Oregano
1 TSP. Chopped Parsley (Fresh)
3 Small Rosemary Needles, Crushed
1/4 Cup

Milk

4 Cups Brown Sauce
1 Cup Sour Cream
2 TBS. Lemon Juice



Cooking instructions:

COMBINE VENISON AND OTHER INGREDIENTS AND SHAPE INTO 1./2 OUNCE BALLS. BROWN IN A 375-DEGREE OVEN FOR TEN MINUTES. MAKES 48- 1/2 MEATBALLS.

SWEDISH BROWN SAUCE:

HEAT THE BROWN SAUCE AND SLOWLY ADD BROWN SAUCE TO THE SOUR CREAM TO TEMPER IT THEN COMBINE WITH REMAINING BROWN SAUCE AND LEMON JUICE.
