Recipe: Hot Crab Sandwich
Amount Ingredient 1 pound Crabmeat 1/2 head Iceberg lettuce, shredded 1 bunch Scallions, chopped 1 tsp Seasoning salt Mayonnaise to moisten (approximately 3/4 cup) 2 tsp Lemon juice 8 slices Toasted bread 8 thin slices Mozzarella cheese 8 slices Fresh tomato Cooking instructions:
Mix first six ingredients.
Place sliced tomato on toasted bread, divide crabmeat mixture between pieces, and top with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes or until cheese is well melted. Makes 8 servings.
